Normal sights in the traffic of Liberia

I (Elder Fairwell's mom)  thought it would help to have a visual of what Elder Fairwell was trying to describe about the miracle of transportation in Liberia. Here are some pictures taken from some of the senior missionaries blogs explaining what transportation is like in Liberia.

Can you fit 5 people on a motorcycle?

Does your goat like to ride on top of your car?

There is always room-just stand on the back and hold on tight!

I wonder if pedestrians have the right of way??

This seems like an accident waiting to happen...
No public trash removal
Normal day at the market

One way to move a mattress

Taxi or Hearse? Both!

When there's more traffic you should tie your mattress in half so it balances on your head better
can you see the 2 goats tied on top
No words...

Cant you get just one more chair on there?

They make charcoal, bag it and take it to sell at the market
